Meet our client Streamwork. It’s a B2B SaaS-based productivity platform packed with features like project management, real-time collaboration, and smart approvals. Streamwork offers users one digital space to work on video campaigns with teams and vendors 👌

We crossed paths with the Streamwork team when it needed a full cycle of product design services and post-design support to amp user experience, and boost ROI and revenue.

That’s the challenge we’re up for 🙌

So Lazarev. squad deep-dived into discovery mode. We leveraged UX research methods to get to the root of users’ needs and pain points. Next, we moved on to implementing our findings into a user flow that encompasses all roles and features.

Our efforts crystallized into a SaaS design that combines a satisfying UI and a seamless UX. Both work in harmony to boost users’ productivity and provide them with leveled-up team collaboration and operational efficiency. All of it ensures teams using the platform save resources and see a drop in missed deadlines in the video development process.
