Adidas launched the Digital Creation End-to-End initiative, aiming to stream the entire product creation process from start to finish.

At heart lies the Adidas Creation Portal: a web platform designed to track the entire product lifecycle and provide essential assets for the company's creators. As the lead designer, my goal was to establish a scalable concept and guide other contributors on adding new functionalities without disrupting the platform's coherence.
