Hi Platform – Classification Map Reports

As a part of redesigning Hi Platform's chat, the reports were the most complex part of the project after launching the web app. These reports have several levels of the relationship involving customers' data and support tickets.

My role in this project was to design by reducing the previous version complexity, having more intuitive and easier use reports. To achieve this, I had to understand both the data in each section and understand the charts I could use to simplify users' data analysis.
