Everything.Insure Emergency Assist UX/UI Design

Everything.Insure wanted to give their users a single place to go to for any assistance they might need in an emergency. In these situations, time is of the essence, so simplicity and speed were absolutely critical in the design-thinking.

When a user clicks for help, they have access to all the assistance available through their insurance policies on one screen. They can multi-select the services they need, share their location and track the status of their request. The pin code ensures the user is accepting help from the right providers arriving on scene, and the code is linked to the associated claim when the time comes.
