Role Models

“Role Models” is a quick little conceptual project I gave myself to play with digital collage and imagery of iconic female leaders from history. These women lived their life in a very public way and have since become almost archetypes in their own right, so I attempted to create environments for each image that felt like the backdrop for a theatrical performance.

Queen Elizabeth I

Elizabeth I was Queen of England and Ireland from 1558 until her death in 1603. She was the last monarch of the House of Tudor and her 44 years on the throne provided welcome stability for the kingdom and helped to forge a sense of national identity. (wiki)
