Armada Hoffler

Armada Hoffler is a Publicly Traded Real estate investment trust company founded in 1979. During my time working for them I had the chance to redesign their logo and bring new life to the company. Their logo before was dated, boxed in, and didn't have any alternate lockups. The goal for the new brand was to bring unity to the company's 3 divisions: Development, Construction, and Asset Management.

Before the Trajan font in a rectangle logo, they had an icon that was an "AH" monogram inside of a right triangle. To bring back part of that legacy icon, I designed a new icon using a right triangle, separated into 3 segments to represent each division. I also introduced more colors to bring life to the brand and expand the horizons for future marketing materials.
