Marketing website for Point of Sale
About the project
The website is huge with about 60+ live pages, constantly being updated with new programs, products etc. So we are improving the site by redesigning old pages, creating better infrastructure and user experience as well as publishing new pages when needed.
My role as a designer
I'm responsible for both digital and graphic tasks for the product, as well as conducting QA and improving the user experience.
The challenge
The infrastructure is complex with always appearing new programs and business requirements. Also, the team is small, and there is not enough capacity to redesign the website quick and fully.
The solution
The real help for us is the design system with lots of variables. We try to implement new pages when possible and implement common design elements from the design system on all other pages.
The user experience
I create UX artifacts when it's possible and also receive insights from Google Analytics to be sure users feel comfortable on their way to the goal.
