4eat - onboarding process
4eat was a dietary improvement application aimed at enhancing the user's eating habits. The app featured both a free version and a paid version, offering a wider range of options, including vegetarian or vegan menus, and an expanded recipe collection.
Thanks to the exceptional planning carried out by our clients, I successfully completed this month-long project, ensuring the app's seamless functionality and user-friendly experience.
Onboarding process
The onboarding process presented a significant challenge of engaging users without overwhelming them. It involved gathering a substantial amount of information, including objectives to achieve, dietary intolerances, and personal preferences. Simultaneously, the process aimed to guide users towards the paid version of the app.
To address this challenge, we meticulously designed the onboarding experience to strike a balance between collecting essential information and maintaining user interest. By streamlining the information collection process and providing clear guidance, we ensured a smooth transition towards the paid version, maximizing user satisfaction and engagement.
