UserSphere

After receiving the client's request, I was assigned the responsibility of enhancing their customer portfolio platform, which was already being utilized by numerous clients and companies. The platform was plagued by notable challenges in terms of usability and design. In order to tackle these issues, I undertook a comprehensive project review and conducted interviews with stakeholders. The evaluation uncovered substantial accessibility issues and a lack of consistency, as the platform was devoid of a unified design system.

After discussing these issues with the client, I presented an ideal solution that involved the redesign of the entire product but the client was not currently prepared for this big undertaking. We then agreed to start with the Voice of the Customer section for the first sprint. However, I expressed concerns about potential inconsistencies that might arise by focusing on one page while neglecting the rest of the platform. To overcome this challenge, I recommended the creation of a comprehensive design system that could be applied across the entire platform, ensuring consistency and adhering to accessibility standards.

Consequently, the first sprint of the UserSphere project encompassed the redesign of the Voice of the Customer section, introducing a user-friendly interface, and the development of a detailed design system for the entire product.
