Kuna. Crypto Financial Platform.

Intro

Kuna is a new-generation Crypto Financial Platform that gives customers the essential freedom of capital with no borders. Kuna allows users to exchange, convert and make payments in fiat and cryptocurrency. 

Goal

The goal is to improve product metrics (Sign Up Rate, Customer Retention Rate, MAU, DAU, LTV, and Average Session Duration).

Also, to modernize the brand while maintaining its core identity and strategy.

Need to develop a design system + delivery specifications a single source of components, patterns, and styles and unify disjointed experiences so that they are visually cohesive.

Process

We didn't invent the wheel and took the design of the Design Thinking framework + JTBD. Made Competitive analysis and worked with data. We also had stages of customer development and A/B tests after implementation.

Solution

After the stages of competitor research, ideation, validation, prototyping, and testing, we added social registration buttons, thereby improving the Sign Up Rate metric by X time.

We've updated the brand, added video stories, made transitioning from 2D to 3D illustrations, and adding movement principles for functional animations. As a result, we increased ours by X.XX% Customer Retention Rate for Web, iOS, and Android platforms. Also, MAU and DAU metrics were improved for all platforms.

Additionally, we've created a comprehensive design system with delivery specifications that serve as a central source for components, patterns, and styles, ensuring a consistent and visually coherent user experience.
