Lynn Lynn Blackman & Manitsky offers their clients top-notch litigation services across an array of practice areas. The goal for this project was to improve customer experience through streamlined content strategy, updated branding, and cohesive design. I took this project over at the Prototype phase.
Prototype & Test | Design System & Interactions
Lynn Lynn Blackman & Manitsky approached Scout Digital for a brand and website overhaul. With multiple internal stakeholders at play, listening to and understanding the client's needs was paramount. I was tapped at the prototype phase, after the Director of Product had produced wireframes.
Reviewing video footage, client interviews, and user journey documentation, I went further than applying the brand, adding useful interactions and hover-states to delight the user and improve their understanding of the value that Lynn Lynn Blackman & Manitsky has to offer.
I created a high-fidelity design of the interface. Prototyping in Figma to test the functionality of the design.
I conducted small usability tests on the prototype to gather feedback from users. This stage helped to identify any usability issues and areas for improvement.
Based on the feedback, I refined the design to improve the user experience.
