#DailyUI 001: sign up page for Sunglasses brand

this design is a part of the #DailyUI design challenge. the challenge was "Create a sign up page, modal, form, or app screen related to signing up for something. It could be for a volunteer event, contest registration, a giveaway, or anything you can image."

So I tried designing a sign up page for a brand that is somewhere between luxury and nature.
