Get Up Move
Like a lot of people, I'm sitting for long periods of time throughout the day, both at work and at home (which is bad!). I've been using a little app called Coffee Break for years on my Mac, and I've found it helps remind me to get up and move about. This is my take on something akin to that for the Apple Watch, complete with timer (when your next coffee break is), as well as steps remaining for that day to help encourage you to hit your daily goal!
