Key components of this section are:

● Clarity and simplicity: The user must be able to understand the displayed information. The design must serve the content without being a source of distraction, or worse, a source of confusion.

● Attractiveness: As this section is the first thing the user will see when opening the email, it needs to motivate the user in reading the other sections.

● Interactivity: Although this is an email design, it is important for us that the user can engage with the content.
