Girl in Blue Collage

For the third piece of my Digital Collage project, I wanted to highlight a favorite color of mine: blue. I admire the hue as a calm and cool tone that works best in my designs. I went ahead and put together a work that not only captures that manner, but reflects its beauty through the central black woman in the forefront.
