Real-time Manufacturing Monitoring
It's been ages since I posted something. Been doing lots of IoT Applications in the last 7 years, mostly manufacturing, some Smart City, Smart Building and so on.
Today I am really proud to showcase an application that is due to be used by a lot of manufacturing plants in the molding industry. Designed to track performance of molds, presses, dies, etc.
In order for machines to work within parameters, Preventive Maintenance must be done at some checkpoints. Here we have an example of making those rules and the checklist of tasks that needs to be done by technicians at the threshold specified by "Conditions".
Those PMs will trigger into instances, where the technicians have to perform the PM. Special rules are created to ensure they can "Save as draft" PMs due to maybe component replacements which take time.

This is just a glance of the number screens created. Lots of meetings to ensure we capture every functionality the old system had and new ones.
All screens have micro-interactions and flows.
