Wag Case Study - Dog Walking App

Wag prioritizes trustworthiness and expertise through its rigorous certification process for dog walkers. As a product designer for this project, my role encompassed both UX and UI design, which involved user research, creating user flows and wireframes, designing the visual elements of the app, and conducting usability testing to ensure it met the needs of the target audience.

Wag strives to connect users with the person behind the service, emphasizing the importance of building a personal connection.

The visual design embraces minimalism, employing a fun color palette and hand drawn illustrations.
