Schweppes Packaging Labels Illustrated by Steven Noble
Keurig Dr. Pepper called upon the illustration talents of Steven Noble to render a new label illustration based on their rich historic heritage that goes back to the 1851 Great Exhibition held at the Crystal Palace in London that featured their famous tiered fountain with the dolphins. The event made such a successful impact that the fountain is still featured on their logo today and also became the central focus of their new rebrand on their packaging labels. The illustrations were created by hand in an etching style in three separate detailed versions.
SCHWEPPES TONIC WATER began in 1783 as the world's original soft drink. Its founder, Jacob Schweppe, was drawn to the new art of carbonating beverages, so he refined and patented his own process of creating mineral water which we recognize today.
