$100 Hamburger & Hotdog

Recently completed illustrations for a commissioned pattern depicting the "$100 hamburger," a phrase used by private pilots who fly their aircraft to a different town simply to enjoy a breakfast or lunch.

A small airport fuel truck complemented the theme by reinforcing the high cost of flying for leisure.

The completed pattern also included a Cessna airplane, pancakes, and scattered $100 bills.
