Real Time Offers

As the designer for Real Time Offers (RTO), my project focused on creating visually captivating and complementary mobile card component designs. These RTO cards serve as a complementary element within their respective spaces, providing real-time information to users. Through meticulous design work, I established the overall style and guidelines for the RTO cards, ensuring consistent visual presentation across various mobile screens while adhering to design parameters and best practices.

Rewards Illustrations

A few rewards illustrations used on the dashboard to highlight savings and points earned. The current design is often mistaken as a debit/credit card image. I've rearranged some of the content and added illustrations to show this component is just a visual statistic of reward earnings.

Digital Wallet

The Truist Digital Wallet feature offers users a seamless and convenient way to manage their Truist debit cards saved on third-party platforms. The project involved designing intuitive screens that guide users through a streamlined onboarding process for the digital wallet. By creating a user-friendly experience, we aimed to enhance accessibility and empower users to effortlessly navigate and utilize their Truist debit cards within the digital wallet ecosystem.

Design Feature Flag System

I had the opportunity to work on the design feature toggle website that allows developers to safely write and test all of the component changes and updates that are needed, without the fear of accidentally pushing to production code.

This was a fun project that allowed me to implement for illustration styles that support the Truist brand.

Chatbot

My involvement in the early stages of Truist Assist, I played a crucial role in developing UI components and fostering collaboration with engineers. Together, we worked towards defining a visionary product scope that harnessed the power of AI. By closely collaborating with engineers, we ensured the feasibility of the product vision, paving the way for an AI-driven solution that would revolutionize the Truist Assist experience.

🚀 Exploration - Tab Bar

The recent designs showcased here demonstrate the exploration of potential updates for the mobile app's main navigation. In these designs, I experimented with various color combinations derived from the brand standards, while also incorporating the consistent rounded corner style embraced by Truist across multiple platforms. By embracing these design elements, I aimed to create a visually cohesive and engaging user experience that aligns with Truist's brand identity.

🚀 Exploration - Apple Watch App

Conceptual design for an Apple watch app powered by Truist to quickly access its Transfer & Pay feature.

When considering the primary functionalities of banking applications, transferring funds would undoubtedly rank at the forefront. Therefore, my aim was to develop an efficient and effortless method to facilitate money transfers and payments even in the absence of a mobile device.

🚀 Exploration - iOS Dynamic Island

Conceptual design for a dynamic island feature.

I anticipate that traditional banks will gradually integrate alternative currencies such as cryptocurrencies into their banking functionalities. Here is a concept of how this could be implemented within the Trust mobile application. The proposed design showcases a prominent top bar that provides real-time visibility into the journey of your funds.

A dynamic island progress tracker signifies the current stage of your financial transaction, accompanied by a countdown at the bottom of the bar indicating the remaining time until the transaction is completed. With this feature, users can conveniently track the status of their transactions without the need to authenticate into the Truist app.
