Proposed solution

In our prototype, we addressed the problems by

  • Redesigning the tedious on-boarding process through progressive disclosure and visual feedback of system state which helped gain 100% completion rate in retest.

  • Introducing application features with a take a tour option.

  • Improving completion of action plan tasks(80%) by redesigning the content and button positions.

  • Redesigning users interaction with wearable data in the application by showing all the synced device data in the context of its use.
