Sprocket Android Move TOS from 1st Impression 📜

Heard from customer feedback that being dropped into legal text right away didnt feel great. Assumed that if 98% passed this screen on Lyft it was just a matter of moving it one screen deeper - this adds a lot more complexty to edgecases between flows but whatever. The customer asked for it. The customer is always right! 😎
