Theda Bara - Queen of Hell Dickies Design Concept

Inspired by the elusive and illustrious silent movie actress from the 1910's, Theda Bara was known as Hollywood's first sex symbol and lost star. Nicknamed "The Vamp" because of her roles as a femme fatale, she became the figurehead in the Vamp role later fueling the rising popularity in "vamp" roles based in exoticism and sexual domination. Unfortunately, a majority of her films were lost in the infamous Fox Vault Fire, leaving her legacy lost in time.

In homage to the lost starlet and the originator of the Vamp femme fatale, I created this bootleg pants of her movie posters and pictures.
