Nirnala - Whatsapp Message Blaster Platform - Dashboard

In designing the UI for a Whatsapp Message Blaster platform, several challenges were encountered. One of the primary challenges was presenting an intuitive and easily digestible overview of key metrics related to the user's broadcasts.

To tackle this, the dashboard view prominently displays the user's remaining quota for the current month, alongside a chart showing the number of broadcasts sent and their conversion rates. Additionally, the dashboard displays a list of the user's recent broadcasts, with an option to view more detailed analytics for each campaign.

Finally, the platform also aims to help users optimize their broadcast timing by displaying a graph of the user's audience's activity throughout the day. This allows users to schedule broadcasts for the most active hours and maximize their outreach potential.
