🌎Exploring the World of Mockups: Types and Applications 💭
What is a Mockup?
A mockup is a graphical file in PSD format that is used by designers to showcase their work. In the following, I will refer to its types and applications.
Why do you use Mockup?
Setting your design on a mockup can make it more attractive, and the client can understand it better. For example, if they want to print the art on a shirt, you can use a shirt mockup to show your design. Then, they can decide whether the design is suitable or not, and there is no need to spend money on printing. This way, you can easily satisfy the client.
As an artist, you may have your own social media, so you want to share your samples on it. In that case, you need to share them in a mockup so that no one can use them without your permission. My mom always says, "Better be safe than sorry!
