Digital Welcome Folder

Project Objective

Bank of America provided our team with a brief to come up with a digital solution for their welcome folder packet they give to new customers after they open a new account. I brainstormed different solutions with our Strategy, Account, Technology and UX teams and we agreed a responsive landing page was the best solution.

Visual Designs

I worked closely with a UX Architect to translate her wireframes into a final design. We made sure to design the page in a module way that would easily translate to a mobile layout.

Promotional Section

We created a promo section that is easy to swap slides in and out to promote products and services new customers may not be aware of.

ADA Compliance

I worked with an outside accessibility team to make sure the site was ADA compliant. I checked every color on the site and paid particular attention to the sticky navigation and the sub navigation in the promo section. Also, I designed every interactive state that was needed.

Outcome

This project was a learning experience for me in terms of collaboration. It was my first time working with an accessibility team and it was eye-opening seeing what feedback they came back with. Also, this was my first time creating a professional website in Figma at the suggestion of our UX Architect. There was a little bit of a learning curve coming from Photoshop, but it was a lot easier to pick up than I anticipated and I enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the software.
