B2B Sales Pro Platform - Product Case Study
A client contacted me in late autumn of 2022 with the aim of designing a 1:1 web-based virtual networking product for B2B sales professionals. Yellow Jam is a startup project aimed to deliver in 2023. The client had a broad brief and project scope prepared, but they were looking for a well-versed product designer who could translate the business goals into a successful product.
Business Goals
The main OKRโs were pretty simple in definition - develop a desktop version of a MVP with a functioning prototype by 01.2023 and have usability testers grade the MVP with 7/10 or higher in atleast 70% of the usability studies by 02.2023.
