What is it?

This is a live Service Fee Calculator I designed for a real estate / property management firm.

The calculator is programmed with the firms service fees based on the quantity of the inputs and it delivers accurate costs to the user.

The Purpose

The purpose of the calculator was to allow the prospective property managers to quickly add simple inputs and get a very accurate start up & recurring monthly management cost. This serves as a general interest sales funnel to generate qualified sales leads.

The Goal

They wanted to create a visually appealing and easy to understand calculator for their prospective clients to use on their own.

The look and feel of the calculator also matters in how it represents the professionalism of the brand as well as the simplicity of working with them.

Ultimately, this real estate firm is really pushing to grow the property management sector of their business. Prospective clients will be directed to this page.
