CalmSoul is designed to help users establish and maintain a regular meditation practice. It offers a wide range of guided meditations and mindfulness exercises, personalized recommendations based on user preferences and goals, and features to track progress over time. The app also provides a sense of community and support through social features and access to expert meditation teachers.
