Project Overview
This project aims to improve the user experience of a hotel booking mobile app by identifying user needs and addressing them with new features and functionalities. The primary focus is on simplifying the hotel booking process, enhancing the search and filter capabilities, providing clear and accurate information about hotels, and allowing users to compare prices and amenities side-by-side. To achieve this, the project will include a competitor analysis to identify industry standards and best practices, the creation of user personas to represent the target audience, and the development of task flows and user journeys to map out the user experience. The end goal is to create a user-friendly and intuitive mobile app that meets the needs of travelers and provides an enjoyable booking experience.
