Daraz - E-commerce Mobile App UX Case Study

In this case, study where I tackled the issue of misleading free delivery options on the Daraz app. Last year, I noticed that customers were becoming dissatisfied due to this issue, so I decided to investigate and find a solution.

Through surveys, user interviews, competitor analysis, and usability tests, I was able to propose three solutions and ultimately implement a solution that highlights the free delivery option to users. The result is a more seamless user experience and increased customer satisfaction.
