Mental health app design

An app design concept for improving mental health through AI-based assessment tools to evaluate the user's mental health status and suggest relevant support resources.This app provides personalized support plans that are tailored to the user's specific mental health needs and progress-tracking tools that enable users to track their progress and identify areas where they need to improve.

My goal was to design a concept that should have a simple and user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate also should be visually appealing and use calming colours to create a sense of tranquillity and safety.
