  1. The marketing director delivered the creative brief, which included the theme of the month, holidays, and featured products and the copywriter would send me the approved copy for the email

  2. Built and designed the email in Zoho campaigns

  3. The marketing director would review the design and give feedback

  4. Implemented the feedback and then the marketing director scheduled the email

CHALLENGES

  1. Keeping the emails feeling fresh and new while maintaining a clear brand voice

  2. Using stock photos but making the emails feel specific to CosMedical Technologies

  3. Adapting to the design limits of Zoho campaigns

SOLUTIONS

  1. Develop a cadence and overall template for that emails that can use seasonal imagery and colors and still feel familiar

  2. Edit and combine stock images to make them feel custom and specific

  3. Switch from a stacked image email to using native text - this allows the design to adapt more easily to mobile devices as well as making it more accessible for those with ereaders or slow internet
