Fresh Dry Beans: an Edible Oxymoron: A new series of illustrations for Remedy Quarterly. This story focuses on Paul Giuntoli, a bean farmer in Northern California and his really wonderful, heirloom beans.

The illustrations consist of the feature opener, a half page of Paul at the market, a bean guide and a recipe illustration.
