It will keep track of recovered patients who can further help in plasma donation.

●COVID-19 patients can search for nearby hospitals and check availability.

●Recovered patients can search for nearby hospitals for plasma donation.

●Patient can search for plasma donor nearby.

●Relatives from any other location can check the facilities and availability nearby COVID-19 patient

●Hospital staff can look for the plasma donor at the time of emergency.

Methodology

Mind maps: Brainstorming, pattern recognition, and visualization

User interviews: taken interview of the user i.e.  COVID patient, recovered from COVID, normal app Users.

Co-creation exercises: convene a group of people to bring into the design process to take reviews on the design. If some improvement can be made.

Platform Used - Mobile Application

●User interviews concluded that 90% out of 100 choose a mobile app that is easy to use with good UI and UX  i.e. flow of information what they are looking for with great interaction.

● The app will minimize the click for the user, load faster, and perform tasks better.

● Users find it easy to manage the data in a mobile app rather than the website.
