Calorie counter & diet plan app
For those people that are following a strict alimentary regime and need to count calories, here is an app to find and save different meals that are suitable to a certain daily target of calories and macronutrients.
This target often changes depending on physical activity, (if it's a 'Workout Day or a 'Rest Day', etc.) so I thought it would be great to have a dashboard that reminds you straight away what you're supposed to eat, what's your target for the day and how many calories you got left.
The Dashboard shows you the meal planned for the current day with the possibility to edit it (change menu, add and remove meals) and on the right there is an Activity panel with Food Library entries that matches your kcals and macros target.
The 'Meal Plan' section would be a calendar where you can plan your meals in advance, pretty useful if tracking/predicting weight gain/loss but also great to have when food shopping.
The 'Food Library' is where all the food information is saved (the single items and the respective nutritional values). In this section there would be other people's entries that can be saved or discarded.
'My Menus' is your list of meals combinations (Examples: Workout Day, Rest Day, Cheat Day, Fish Menu, Meat Free, etc…).
