Web UI concept for service which enables to build online surveys.

Flow One

Employee (user) has got an email invitation to fill out company's new survey. User will be using the access key that is included in the email to logging in. We are showing a short introduction modal for the user before the start.

Flow Two

User is filling out the first chapter and moving on to the next one. We are displaying the progression on the left panel.

Flow Three

User is filling out the last question and finish the survey.
