I’ve been following the likes of blink my brain and Troy Browne for a while now and finally took an hour or so to do some photo manipulation and collage stuff with a photo of myself.

Process

I basically used photoshops smart object selector to remove the background and then polygon lasso tool to cut the figure up into lower arm upper arm etc. just like I would with a character to be animated.

Anytime I needed more of a body part, I’d either paint it in, or use content aware fill.
