Maxicare Corporate Website Revamp

Maxicare is one of the Philippines' leading Health Management Organizations (HMO). They needed to revamp their website to align with their ongoing campaigns and incorporate their new products and services.

As UX consultant, I helped create the information architecture for the new site, defined the verbal design playbook, helped the team map the customer journeys, and reviewed the team's prototypes and copy.
