Generative AI Sushi Hero Image & Web Design UI

Could generative AI such as Midjourney change how we view and produce professional food photography? 🍔 📷

I think Generative AI has the potential to disrupt & change the way we approach food photography - with the ability to generate high-quality, realistic images in a fraction of the time of a staged photoshoot.

Thus, AI can save time & costs for restaurants, food bloggers, Food delivery companies, etc, while dramatically shortening the production pipeline for how food photography is produced, while still maintaining high-quality visual output.

I do also believe that it's important to balance the use of AI-generated images with the personal touch and creativity of human-driven photography & design. As AI technology continues to evolve, it will be interesting to see how it impacts the visual representation of the food industry.

These are some Sushi experiments for a fictional high-end sushi-fusion restaurant that I've designed to test out the concept. All made with Midjourney, extended backgrounds in Adobe Photoshop & then assembled in Figma.
