Icon Set / Dark Mode

There are so many beautiful icons to gather inspiration from BUT if you are designing your own, always remember to keep it SIMPLE. Overly complex and/or detailed icons won't scale down well to be accessible on mobile.

I've been guilty myself of putting in a ton of work and then come time to test them out on smaller screens, FAIL. On the plus side, it is by making mistakes like this that we elevate our skills as designers. 👨🏻‍💻
