Visualizing Progress

Refining how we, as a team, document our UI and UX so that it creates the most benefit for the team and the client while speaking to the problem we are solving. How can the design team inject documentation throughout the process so it runs in parallel with progress and be leveraged when needed to address concerns or opportunities.

What we don’t want:
Throwaway documentation that slows down our momentum.

What we do want:
A story that explains how the problem is being solved architecturally and visually while defining functionality to support those goals.
