The Problem
The state’s fire department needs a system to track incoming incidents, dispatch the closest available first responders, and monitor all incidents across the state.
The call comes in and the intake form process starts.
The dispatcher can see near by companies, optimal routes to the incident as well as a bit more info such as ETA to incident, the number of engines and ambulances the department has, etc.
