OmbuLabs wanted to improve the experience of potential job applicants as part of a broader effort to increase the hiring pipeline for our agency.

We conducted a benchmarking usability study to determine the gaps in the experience and set a baseline to try and improve on with the redesign.

Once the new designs were in place, we tested the experience again to ensure that the solutions fixed the issues and included a few more small iterations to get things right.

Mobile Design

The majority of our site traffic comes from larger screen sizes, but we also needed to improve the experience for mobile users.
