Tinder Redesigned Dating App for Queer and Non-Monogamous Users

Redesigned Tinder offers a range of features that cater specifically to queer and non-monogamous users. These include filters for sexual orientation and gender identity, a verification feature to improve authenticity, and the ability to make the first move.

The queer community faces major challenges when it comes to using dating apps, with a lack of filtering options and issues with authenticity. Tindeluxe addresses these challenges by offering better filtering options and introducing a verification feature.

I noticed the lack of options available on mainstream dating apps as my friend mentioned about his pain points. This inspired me to create Redesigned Tinder, a dating app that caters specifically to the needs of the queer and non-monogamous community.

Through collaboration with queer Instagram communities and interviews with select users, I gained insights into the specific pain points faced by queer and non-monogamous users. This informed the design of Tindeluxe and the key features that were included.
