• Low conversion rate (unmanaged listings between $1 - $250,000).

Background: The ‘Deal Room’ is a proprietary instant messaging platform that allows buyers and sellers to communicate on-platform.

Goal: Design a digital experience that’s helpful, streamline, and engaging.

Solution:

• Send tailored system messages to buyers and sellers.

• Add CTA’s with a positive, neutral, and negative route for the user to choose from.

• Reward users who take the positive route.

Results:
