Berkshire Hathaway Home page (Redesign)
I did a redesign of Berkshire Hathaway's official home page. Some inclusions I made are as follows:
♦ Simplifying the navigation bar to make it easier for users to find what they're looking for on the website.
♦ Compressing excessive information on the page to create more whitespace on the home page, making it easier for users to focus on the most important content.
♦ Inserting a relevant, relatable and actionable heading, highlighting Berkshire Hathaway for prominence, which will resonate with users and draw their attention to the company's offerings.
♦ Including a relatable subheading that provides more context and information about the heading, helping users to better understand the content on the page.
♦ Adding a clear call-to-action that directs users towards the next step they should take, whether that's signing up for Berkshire's newsletter or starting an investment.
♦ Inserting visuals to make the page more interesting and engaging, which will help to keep users on the page for longer and increase their engagement with the content.
♦ Highlighting three different concepts of investing, providing users with valuable information and insights that will help them make more informed decisions about their investments.
♦ Designing a simple footer to wrap up the redesign, making it easy for users to navigate to other areas of the website and find the information they need.
