After journeying through an incredible visual rebrand with the DH team, Global Neighborhood was eager to create a public expression of the brand in online form. The objectives were simple yet nuanced:⁠

Site Objectives:

  • Amplify the Global Neighborhood's story and brand⁠

  • Position Global Neighborhood as a nonprofit first⁠ and thrift store second. Make these two identities clear, yet integrated to avoid confusion.

  • Provide clarity of message and imagery pertaining to GN’s⁠ three core messaging principles:

    • 1. Job opportunities for former refugees⁠

    • 2. Thrift and vintage retail⁠

    • 3. A commitment to sustainability and accessibility⁠
