Versluis Custom Concrete Branding

Versluis Custom Concrete came to me with the idea of incorporating the golden ratio into their logo. The golden ratio can be found in every aspect of life, architecture, art, math, music, flags, physics and nature are just a few. The possibilities are immense when it comes to shapes and exploring how the golden ratio can translate to a logo. Which, needless to say, made this project especially fun. Taking the golden ratio, the first letter in Versluis and the shape of a triangle the natural direction I went was to use the logarithmic spiral as the base of my design.
