Everyday work in the creative industry, despite interesting challenges, is physically and mentally exhausting, and perfectionism - a plague in our sector - makes it easy to fall into the feeling that you are not doing enough. Our self-helper was prepared for people struggling with ailments such as tense, painfully protruding neck, sore loins and thoracic spine, burning, foggy eyes or overstimulation, anxiety and sleep problems.

In the magazine, apart from a short substantive basis for each chapter, you will find ready-made tools in the form of exercises, tips or links to external links (books, videos, etc.). All easy to implement ad hoc.
